Building The Paint & Sip Empire

I wasn’t overwhelmed, I was over It.

When I Quit Playing It Safe

There was no dramatic meltdown.

No existential crisis. Just a quiet moment of knowing, this isn’t it anymore.

I had learned the system and its structure.

I knew what made a paint & sip come alive and what made it fall flat. I wasn’t burnt out. I was just getting started.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

I Watched the Game Long Enough to Learn It

Every class I taught, every venue I walked into, every awkward host moment.

I took mental notes. I paid attention.

And somewhere between the bad aprons and the generic playlists,

I realised I could make this better. Smarter. More me.

It Wasn’t Just About Leaving It Was About Choosing Myself

I quit for ownership. I wanted to build something that felt more like me.

Something curated, cheeky and elevated.

I wanted more, and I knew no one was going to hand it to me.

I Knew I Had the Creativity the Vision and the Guts

I had been the staff, leader, trainer, teacher, and the driving force behind someone else’s brand.

However, deep down, I knew I wasn’t meant to remain small.

I wasn’t bitter, I was clear. And that clarity became the foundation of Sip & Sass.

Sometimes the Most Boss Move Is Walking Away Before You’re Comfortable

I could’ve stayed longer.

And gotten more secure.

But I didn’t want comfort. I wanted ownership.

And the night I quit?

That was the first step toward everything I’m building now.

Somewhere in the process, the brand caught up with the feeling

Branded Before I Believed was when it started to show. Welcome to Sip & Sass is only the beginning.
