But maybe you want to try it yourself first.
Okay babe. We support you. Kind of…Here’s how to pull off your own at home. Heres
How to have Sip & Sass, date night without us
Set the Scene
Low lights. Candles. Music that’s not too sexy but still says, “We might kiss after this.”
Push your dining table to the side or cover it with a sheet you don’t care about (trust us).
If your playlist includes Norah Jones, you’re doing great.
Bonus points, cheese board. Bonus if you put your phones away.
Get Your Supplies
2 canvases (or cardboard if it’s a budget week, we’ve been there)
Acrylic paints (3 colours minimum + white and black)
Paintbrushes
Water cups
Aprons or your oldest shirts
Choose What You’re Painting
A romantic landscape
Your partner (fun until someone gets offended)
An abstract “this is what our love feels like” masterpiece
Sip Paint Flirt & Have Fun
The goal isn’t good art. It’s good energy.
Laugh. Compliment each other’s brushstrokes. Tease. Maybe paint with your non-dominant hand and pretend it’s intentional.
Just don’t turn it into a competition unless you’re both competitive. Then make it spicy.
When the Paint Dries…
Stand back. Admire each other’s work.
Make fun of it a little. Take a photo. Post it.
Pretend you booked a real class
